Impleadment applications of Union of India and HMA Udyog Private Limited are allowed.

The additional affidavits be taken on record. We are of the view that the matters may be heard finally. List on 17th March, 2004 at 10.30 a .m.

In the meantime, the petitioner herein shall provide signal to the Doordarshan for telecast of one day match between India and Pakistan being played in Pakistan. The Doordarshan shall tel ecast the logo and advertisement of Ten Sports during the match, except those which are prohib ited under Indian law. Further the Doordarshan/Prasar Bharati shall deposit a sum of Rs.ten c rores with the Registrar General of this Court within two days from today.
