UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.
The Land Acquisition Collector is directed to file an Affidavit as to what are the principles followed in determining the compensation. It shall be specified in the Affidavit as to whether the procedure under Section 26 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 has been followed. The particulars of the calculation shall also be furnished in the Affidavit.
The Affidavit shall be filed within four weeks from today.
