The Special Leave Petition abovementioned has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 12.07.2016 passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, in First Appeal No. 411 of 2012.
It is submitted that there is a delay of 10 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel has filed an application for condonation of delay to condone the said delay.
It is further submitted that the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 17093 of 2016 arising out of similar issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 05.07.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice and the same is still pending before the Hon'ble Court. (Copy of order dated 05.07.2016 enclosed). (Main matter is SC: 17094 of 2016).
It is further submitted that Mr. K.S. Rana, Advocate has filed a letter dated 26.06.2016 regarding defects notified by the Registry. (Copy included at page No. 123 of the Special Leave Petition).
The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
