It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Ravindra Bana, Advocate on 1.3.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 22.9.2015 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 4409/2013.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 29 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 35 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 64 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 1298613007/2016 @ CC No.75497557/2016 Entitled RAJIV KUMAR AND ANR ETC ETC vs UNION TERRITORY CHANDIGARH ETC ETC arising out of common order was directed on 29.4.2016 by the Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 29.4.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
