UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 7, there is no appearance. However, Ms. Deeksha Gaur, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Varinder Kumar Sharma, Ld. AOR seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 and requests that copy of the pleadings be supplied to them.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3 to file vakalatnama. Thereafter, three days time, is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to provide copy of pleadings to Ld. Counsel appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3. Thereafter, four weeks time, is granted to file counter affidavit.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
