It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the State that there are other 54 matters pending adjudication before this Court relating to the same issue and the lead matter is SLP (C) 3509/2020 - State of Orissa & Anr. Vs. Dayasagar Mohanty. Therefore, all the matters are required to be heard together to avoid any conflicting orders. The State to file an appropriate note with the Registry and thereafter the Registry to obtain directions from Hon'ble the Chief Justice of India for placing all the matters together before an appropriate Bench.
