IN
CIVIL APPEAL NO.1353 OF 2018
SATYAJIT RAY & ORS. PETITIONER(S)
VERSUS
UNION OF INDIA & ORS. RESPONDENT(S)
O R D E R
The issue involved in the matter was whether the pay had to be determined by multiplying the existing basic pay as on 01.01.2006 by a factor of 1.86 or the multiplying factor was to be applied to revised basic pay. After considering the relevant rules this Court in its Judgment under review held that the multiplying factor had to be applied to the basic pay as on 01.01.2006.
We have gone through the review petition and do not see any reason to interfere with the same.
The review petition is dismissed.
