Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the respondents Nos.06 to 94 in Civil Appeal No.6588 of 2024, respondent Nos.02 to 21 in Civil Appeal No.6589 of 2024 and respondent Nos.04 to 23 in Civil Appeal No.6590 of 2024 were the co-petitioners in the Writ-A No.9739 of 2018, Writ-A No.5289 of 2021 and Writ-A No.3446 of 2021 filed before the High Court of Allahabad. No relief was claimed against these respondents being the co-petitioners and they were made proforma respondents in the appeals. On these submissions, learned counsel for the appellants prays for deletion of above mentioned proforma respondents at the wish and risk of the appellants. Prayer for deletion is granted. The application for deletion of name of aforestated proforma respondents is allowed. The name of the aforestated respondents be deleted from the array of the respondents at the risk and peril of the appellants.
