Amendment) Rules, 2016 to point out that for the post of Assistant Teacher Hindi, what is prescribed by the Rules is a Bachelor's Degree with Hindi as a subject from a recognised University and Intermediate with Sanskrit as a subject or equivalent examination with Sanskrit. It is next submitted that the petitioners not only have graduated in Sanskrit, but also have Sanskrit as a subject in their intermediate level of education.
