"Issue notice in the special leave petitions as well as on the interim relief.

Mr. Venugopal, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Jyoti Singh and Ms. Rekha Palli, learned senior counsel has entered caveat on behalf of the opposite parties.

As the copy of the petition has already been supplied, counter affidavit be filed within four weeks hence. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within three weeks therefrom.

Parties would be at liberty to file the additional documents.

Let the matter be listed on 29.03.2016 for final disposal on top of the Board.

Let the special leave petition (C) No.12393/13 be listed along with this matter on that day.

As undertaken by learned counsel for the parties, they will not seek any adjournment or circulate any letter."

SLP(C) No. 35548/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 68 respondents in this matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Ms. N. Annapoorni, Advocate. She has filed counter affidavit and the same has been placed with SLP paper books. Unserved covers have been received from respondent Nos. 2, 4, 7, 11, 13, 15, 31 to 33, 40, 45, 47-48 and 67 with postal remarks "retired, left, left without address and no such person". Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover has been received in respect of respondent Nos. 3, 5, 6, 8-10, 12, 14, 16 to 30, 34 to 39, 41 to 44, 46, 49 to 66 and 68.

SLP(C) No. 35549/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 65 respondents in this matter. Mr. Devashish Bharuka, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counter affidavit on behalf of all the respondents. Counter affidavit has been included in SLP paper books.

SLP(C) No. 35550/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 4 respondents in this matter. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Gaurav Aggrawal, Advocate. He has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover in respect of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has been received.

SLP(C) No. 35551/2015:-

It is submitted that there are 66 respondents in this matter. Mr. Deepak Goel, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 38, 40 to 66. He has filed counter affidavit and the same has been included in SLP paper books. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover in respect of respondent No. 39 has been received so far.

It is submitted that there are 80 respondents in this matter.
