It is submitted that Fresh alternative arrangement notice was issued to BSES on 09.06.2016 through registered A.D. Duly signed A.D. Card has been received in respect of the said sole respondent in Appeal No. 8661 of 2015 but no one has entered appearance on its behalf. Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Sole respondent in Appeal No. 8660 of 2015. Service is complete in both the matters.

CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 4323, 4324, 4906, 4933 and 695960 OF 2015

It is submitted that Service on the sole respondent in all these matters is complete. Mr. Pradeep Misra , Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of sole respondent in Appeal No. 4906 and 4933 of 2015 but has not filed counter affidavit. Mr. Pukhrambam Ramesh Kumar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of sole respondent in Appeal Nos. 6959 and 6960 of 2015 but has not filed counter affidavit. No one has entered appearance on behalf of sole respondent in Appeal Nos. 4323 and 4324 of 2015.

It is further submitted that Original Record has not been called from the Tribunal in view of Registry's circular dated 03.12.2014 in all these matters. Counsel for the appellant and the represented respondents have not filed statements of case in all these matters so far.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
