UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R INTERLOCUTORY APPLICATION NOS. 27-29 OF 2012 These interlocutory applications have been taken out by three applicants, namely, Maj Nitisha, Maj Nandita 2 Satpathy and Maj Vandana Grover. They have prayed that they
be impleaded as party respondents in Civil Appeals.
Interlocutory applications are granted in terms of prayer (A). Amended cause title shall be filed by the advocate on record for the original appellant within two weeks.
The applicants of these Interlocutory Applications, namely, Maj Nitisha, Maj Nandita Satpathy and Maj Vandana Grover, have been impleaded as party respondents by a separate order passed in Interlocutory Application Nos. 27- 29 of 2012.
The release order dated April 10, 2012 shall remain stayed until further orders insofar as the applicants herein are concerned. As a consequence of this, applicants shall be entitled to the regular salary and other emoluments in the present rank they are holding.
As regards prayer (B) for grant of promotion and consequential benefits, liberty is granted to the applicants herein to make an appropriate application.
Unregistered interlocutory applications stand disposed of accordingly.

These interlocutory applications have been taken out by eight applicants, namely, Maj Jyoti Thapa, Lt. Col. Himanshi Singh, Lt. Col. Anuvandana Jaggi, Lt. Col. Jaya Rani, Maj Noreen Shanet John, Lt. Col. Maninder Virdi, Maj Sonia Walia and Maj Nitisha Bhal. They have prayed that they be impleaded as party respondents in Civil Appeals.
