It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Dr. Monika Gusain, Advocate on 09.03.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 03.12.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 10843 of 2000 along with an application for exemption from filing certified copy of impugned judgment/order.
It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 03.12.2014 was within time but there was a delay of 14 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar IB on 28.04.2015.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
