UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

None appeared for the petitioner when called.

Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 7 - both are State submits that State has not received copy of Annexures but received copy of petition only and, therefore, he is seeking complete set of pleadings from the petitioner. Ld. Counsel for Simmy spondent No.1, however, submits that her client has received 17.13.6 USIND Including Annexures.<br>Reason USIND Including Annexures. Registry to verify and file report whether petition alongwith Annexures were served upon respondent Nos.2 and 7 - State. In the meantime,

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to act in terms of order dated 25.7.2019 in respect of providing complete set of pleadings.

Respondent No.3 has filed counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 seeks four weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Time is granted, as last opportunity. She further submits that copy of the counter affidavit filed by respondent No.3 has not been served upon her. Ld. Counsel for respondent No.3 to serve copy of counter affidavit upon all the parties.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.4 to 6 but none has entered appearance.
