The counsel for the petitioner has filed Application for condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the CC No. 1330 of 2014 entitled "U.O.I.& ANR. vs M/S JAI GURU JEWELLERS" arising from relied upon Order which is pending and yet to be listed.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition No. 4574 of 2014 @CC No. 1623 of 2014 entitled "CIT vs Y.P CHATURVEDI & ANR." arising from common relied upon Order which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th February, 2014, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of the Order dated 7th February, 2014 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

The matter alongwith application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
