It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition abovementioned is filed against the Judgment and Order dated 16th July, 2013 of the High Court of Allahabad in W.T. No. 997 of 2008 and is barred by time by 134 days. The Counsel for the petitioner has filed application for condonation of delay in filing Special leave Petition. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed application for condonation of delay refiling the Special Leave Petition after curing the defects which is barred by time by 91 days.

It is further submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that the Special Leave Petition No. 27873 of 2010 entitled "U.O.I. VS. STAR TELEVISION NEWS LTD." which was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20th September, 2010, when the Hon'ble Court has directed to issue notice. (Copy of the order dated 20th September, 2010 is enclosed herewith for reference.)

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
