UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
W.P.(C) No. 62/2019
Respondent No.1 has already filed counter affidavit.
Service of notice is complete qua respondent Nos. 2 and 3 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.
However, Mr. Shuvodeep Roy,Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondent No. 3. He seeks and is given one week's time to file vakalatnama and four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.

Four weeks' time is given to learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to file counter affidavit.
As per postal tracking report, notice issued to respondent No.2 has been received back with postal remarks "Insufficient Address". Hence, learned counsel for petitioner shall within a period of four weeks' file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take requisite steps for the service of notice upon him. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through Central Agency.

Counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copy of the pleadings to the said respondent within a period of one week after filing of the vakalatnama.
