UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R The State of Rajasthan has filed this Original Suit challenging the constitutional validity of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019. The Union of India is arrayed as the defendant in the proceeding. The office report dated 06.11.2020 indicates that service is complete but none has entered appearance on behalf of the defendant.

In view of above, Dr. Manish Singhvi, learned senior counsel representing the State of Rajasthan is permitted to send intimation through e-mail to the Central Agency so that necessary steps can be

taken for representation of the defendant-Union of India.
