UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the respondent is directed to file an affidavit

stating inter alia the manner in which the compliances were made by the

P.W.D. Department of the State of Madhya Pradesh, of the judgment

passed by this Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and Ors.

vs. Umadevi1 by indicating the date on which the list of daily wagers was drawn and seniority established for purposes of regularization. The respondent shall also indicate that if the said list was prepared by the Department, then placement of the petitioner in the said list at the initial stage and on the date of his superannuation on 31st March, 2012.

2. Needful shall be done within two weeks with a copy to the other side.

3. List on 16th July, 2024.
