Re-list the special leave petition on 12th December, 2024.

By 02nd December, 2024, the respondent(s) by filing an additional affidavit
shall place on record the following: -
(i) The petition of appeal, which was carried before the Industrial Court by the petitioners from the award of the Labour Court dated 12th October, 1999.
(ii) The order of the Industrial Court dismissing the appeal dated 17th December, 2002.
(iii) The writ petition1 filed by the respondents challenging the appellate order dated 17th December, 2002 and the order of dismissal of the writ petition dated 05th July, 2001.
(iv) The Scheme that was framed in pursuance of the observations made by this Court in Secretary, State of Karnataka & Ors. V. Uma Devi (3) & Ors2 .
(v) Circular dated 05th March, 2008 or any other subsequent circular.
