UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Mr. C. A. Sundaram, learned senior counsel appearing for the appellants though raises a serious objection with regard to the locus of the applicants for impleadment or intervention in the present appeals, he fairly states that it will be in the fitness of things that applications for impleadment / intervention are considered by the Bench while hearing the main appeals.
Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants states that since the outcome of the writ petition filed by the applicant before the Rajasthan High Court is likely to be affected by the decision in the present appeal, applicants applications for impleadment / intervention needs to be considered.
In my view since Mr. C. A. Sundaram, learned senior counsel has fairly stated that though he has objection with regard to the locus of the applicants, the issue regarding permitting the applicants to be impleaded or to intervene should be considered while hearing the appeal, no orders are necessary to be passed at this stage.
The parties are at liberty to raise contentions before the Regular Bench when the appeals are heard.
