The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 04.04.2016 with an office report dated 01.04.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

**"**Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable in four weeks. Dasti, in addition is also permitted.

Ms. Meenakshi Arora, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the review petition No.7/2016 pending before the High Court of Karnataka.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the review petition from the High Court."

Accordingly, show cause notice by usual mode of service as well as dasti to three respondents was issued on 07.04.2016 and 08.04.2016. Counsel for the petitioner has filed affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of all the three respondents. Mr. Rajesh Mahale, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2, but has not filed counter affidavit. Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have been served by way of dasti service but no one has entered appearance.

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 09.05.2016, when the following order was passed:

**"**None appears for respondent No.1, despite due service. Four weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to respondent No.2 for filing counter affidavit. None appears for respondent No.3, despite deemed service. Registry to process the matter for listing, in terms of the Hon'ble Court's order dated 4.4.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Ankit Anandraj Shah, Advocate has on 19.07.2016 filed vakalatnama/memo of appearance on behalf of respondent no. 3 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 04.07.2016 filed an

application for directions and the same is registered as I.A. No. 4. Copy of the same

has been included in the paper books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office

Report.
