The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on

05.08.2016 with office report dated 03.08.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass

the following order:

"Four weeks' time is granted to the learned cousnel for the respondents to file counter affidavit to the SLP as well as the reply to the application (I.A.No.4) for directions. List after four weeks."

The matter above mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on

03.10.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"This matter is stated to be shown on 25th November, 2016 in the advance list. Let this matter remain on board on that day and not deleted."

It is submitted that Ms. Arti Singh counsel for the petitioner has on 25.10.2016 filed Rejoinder Affidavit to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 2, alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents. The same is registered as I.A. No. 5. Copies of the same has been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that Mr. Ankit Anandraj counsel for respondent no. 3 has on 17.11.2016 filed reply statement. Copy of the same is being circulated for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 22.11.2016 filed Rejoinder Affidavit to the counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 3, with the permission of the Hon'ble Court as per the endorsment made by the Court Master on the filing memo. Copy of the same is being circulated for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rajesh Mahale counsel for the respondent no. 2 has on 22.11.2016 filed Objection to the application for direction (I.A. No. 4) filed by the counsel for the petitioner with the permission to the Hon'ble Court as per endorsment made by the Court Master on the filing memo. Copy of the same is being circulated for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
