UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R We have heard Mr. R. Anand Padmanabhan, learned counsel for the applicant-appellant and Ms. Anitha Shenoy, learned counsel for the respondent-State. Two things persuade us to grant bail to the appellant - Ramakrishna (i) co-accused Gopi-accused No. 3 has already been granted bail and (ii) the appellant has already undergone sentence of eleven years. Having regard to the above, Crl.M.P. No. 8966 of 2012 for bail is granted. The appellant-Ramakrishna shall be released on bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
