Considering the fact that there is only a delay of 19 days, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to set aside the judgment of the High Court and direct the High Court to dispose of the appeals on merits.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants propose to move an application for interim relief. He may do so and we express no opinion on the same.

The civil appeals are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
