Statement of case by the appellant has already been filed.

However, all the ten respondents have failed to file the same, despite the expiry of the period of 35 days for the purpose. After the amendment in S.C.R, 2013, it is not more a mandate. It is presumed that the parties have adopted the List of Dates/synopsis already on record containing chronology of events.
