The SLPs above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 01st April,

2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Delay condoned.

In view of the decision rendered by this Court in M.P.Ram Mohan Raja Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and others (2007) 9 SCC 78, the registration will be considered in accordance with the policy/law existing on the date of registration, it is submitted.

Issue notice. There shall be stay of the consideration of the registration pursuant to the impugned order. "

Threafter, the SLPs above mentioned were listed before the Court of Registrar on 02nd September, 2015, when the following order was passed :

"Service of respondent no.1 in SLP(C) No.10749, 10752, 10754, 10763, 10764, 10772, 10790, 10791, 10792 of 2015 and of respondent nos. 2 and 4 in all the matters herein is complete but none has entered appearance.

Respondent No.1 of SLP(C) No.10745, 10747, 10751, 10766, 10746, 10748, 10767, 10788 of 2015 and of respondent nos. 3 and 5 in all the matters is still not complete. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the same. Be taken within four weeks time. Notices thereafter be issued.

Registry to give the office report with respect to the remaining SLPs listed alongwith by the next date of hearing.

List again on 20.11.2015. "

Threafter, the SLPs above mentioned were listed before the Court of Registrar on 26th April, 2016, when the following order was passed :

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on all the respondents in SLP(C) No.12650, 12651,12652 of 2015, respondent no.1 in SLP(C) No.10753, 10793 of 2015 and respondent nos. 3 and 5 in remaining matters within two weeks time as last opportunity. Notices thereafter be issued.

None appears for respondent no.1 in SLP(C) No.10745, 10746, 10747, 10749, 10752, 10754, 10763, 10764, 10766, 10767, 10772, 10790, 10791 and 10792 of 2015 and respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in all the petitions despite due service.

List again on 10.8.2016."

And lastly, the SLP above mentioned was listed before the Court of Registrar on

10th August, 2016, when the following order was passed :

"Despite last opportunity having been granted, fresh steps for service on respondent no. 1 in SLP(C)Nos. 10753 and 10793 of 2015 and respondent nos. 3 and 5 in all the remaining matters have not been taken.

Hence, process the matters for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-chambers for further directions."

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that there are five respondents. Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are common in all the matters. Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the five respondents in all the matters by registered A. D. post on 20.05.2015. A. D. cards duly signed have been recived back from respondent No. 1 in all the matters except in SLP (C) No. 10753 and 10793 of 2015 and respondent Nos. 2 and 4 in all the matters abovementioned but there is no appearance on their behalf so far. Neither A. D. cards nor unserved covers have been received from respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) Nos. 10753 and 10793 of 2015 and respondent Nos. 3 and 5 in all the matters.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps for effecting service on unserved respondents so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 1 in SLP (C) No. 10753 and 10793 of 2015 and respondent Nos. 3 and 5 in all the matters.

The office report for directions in the matters abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble JudgeinChambers with this report.
