Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Considering the pendency of the Petitions in this Court involving the same issue, we deem it fit and proper to transfer the cases mentioned in prayer clause (a) in these Transfer Petitions from the High Court for the State of Telangana to this Court. Ordered accordingly.
The Transfer Petitions are, accordingly, allowed. The Transferred Cases arising out of Transfer Petition (C) Nos.724 and 727 of 2025 shall be heard along with Diary No.9123/2023 and the Transferred Cases arising out of Transfer Petition (C) Nos.725 and 726 of 2025 shall be heard along with SLP (C) No.37326/2017

The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this Order to the High Court for the State of Telangana so that the Transferred Cases can be sent to this Court.
