Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was not issued to Respondent Nos 2 to 4 and 9 on the fresh addresses on 10.04.2017.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has filed wrong particulars with different name from the memo of parties. Hence, notice could not be issued to all Respondent Nos. 2, 4, 6, 10 to 14 and he is informed vide Registry's letter dated 11.04.2017.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has not filed I.A for substitution in Respect of Respondent No. 10.

None appears despite due service on Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 7 to 9, 15 & 16. Service is not complete.

The matter above mentioned are listed before the Court of Registrar with this office report.
