Learned counsel appearing for the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board prays for and is granted six weeks' time to file an affidavit in terms of order dated 05.08.2022. The said affidavit may refer to further developments, which have taken place.
Response/Rejoinder affidavit, if any, will be filed within four weeks after service of the affidavit.
