UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have considered the report submitted by the Registry of this Court. Insofar as trained staff from the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of NCT of Delhi is concerned, for the present, one Ms. Aiana Devi has been posted in the Creche in the Supreme Court. It is made clear that the said posting is only to enable the Creche to be run more efficiently and professionally and not for the purpose of training of the existing staff who are the employees of the Registry of this Court.

It is further stated that the regular staff of the Registry shall continue to be utilized for the services as may be required in the Creche.

In the said report it is also mentioned that following two NGOs, on being asked by the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of NCT of Delhi, had agreed to provide facilities for training etc.

(i) Sehyog Vikas Samiti

(ii) Mohini Shiksha Samiti

For the present, we do not consider it necessary to pass any order in this regard and the necessity of approaching any one of the NGOs will be considered, if so required, at an appropriate time.

As the Creche has started functioning, no further orders in the present application will be required at this stage. While granting liberty to each one of the stake holders to approach this Court, if required at any point of time in the future, M.A. No.545 of 2018 is kept open for the limited purpose of hearing suggestions/submissions of Ms. Indira Jaising, learned Senior Counsel on the question of legal issues raised in her letter dated 9th August, 2018 sent to the learned Secretary General of this Court.
