UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

We have read and considered the report submitted by the Secretary General through Registrar (Admn.I) pursuant to the order of this Court dated 6th March, 2018.

We have heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The suggestion of the Registry with regard to the small room and the larger room collectively described as "Kitchen area" contained in its report is accepted. So far as the "Wicket Gate" is concerned, the issue is kept pending and will be re-examined, if required, in the light of the experience to be gained from the use of the ingress to the Creche from Gate 'G' on the Mathura Road side to the Supreme Court complex.

The above will adequately take care of the two issues highlighted in our previous order dated 6th March, 2018.

Insofar as the issue with regard to modalities governing the running of the Creche is concerned we would request the stake-holders to sit in a meeting with the official(s) of the Registry on a mutually convenient date to evolve the modalities/principles, details of which have been indicated illustratively in our previous order dated 6th March, 2018. The Registry, on the completion of the discussions in this regard, is requested to submit a report.

As the Court is of the view that the Creche should become operational from 1st of May, 2018 we direct the Registry to submit its report on or before 10th April, 2018.

List the matter on 10th April, 2018.
