The respondent No.2 has failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

The respondent No.5 has been deleted from the array of parties by order dated 28.07.2016 of the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber.

Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.3,4 & 6, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent Nos.7 & 8 within two weeks as alternative arrangement notice could not be served on them.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has stated that she has filed an application for withdrawal in some matters. Now she wants to file an application to withdraw the same. She is directed to file a fresh application in this regard mentioning the exact number of case. If the application is filed, the same may be listed before the Hon'ble Court with appropriate office report.
