Dasti in addition is permitted to be served on the respondent No.3 through the Ld.Standing counsel representing the Union of India and on the respondent Nos.5 & 6 through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner s within the period stipulated above.
