Let further affidavit be filed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) setting out the details of the violations which were identified by the inter-departmental group in respect of 19 banks and the action taken by the RBI against those 19 banks.
The petitioner may also file additional affidavit.
The petitioner and RBI may file their respective affidavits within eight weeks from today.
Response affidavit may be filed by the respondent No. 1 within four weeks thereafter.
List this matter for final disposal on a non-miscellaneous day in the last week of September, 2013 i.e. September 24, 2013.
