Despite service of notice on respondent Nos.1 to 59 & 60.1, 60.2 & 61, there is no appearance on their behalf.

Two weeks time is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to file proof of publication in respect of respondent No. 62.

However, petitioner has filed amended memo of parties along IA for condonation of delay in filing amended parties i.e. I.A .D.No 33856/24.

Ld. Counsel requests for withdrawal of I.A. D. No. 33856/2024. Permitted as the same is now infructuous as the Cause Title is already amended.

List again on 9.04.2024.
