UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Permission to file Special Leave Petition is allowed in SLP (Civil) @ Diary No. 8812 of 2023.
An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission and the West Bengal Regional School Service Commission where it is averred that similar matters pertaining to teachers in Primary School is pending, the lead case being, SLP (C) Nos. 16325-16326 of 2022 and connected matters.
Issue notice.
The interim order dated 03.03.2023 to continue in the meantime.
Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
Further pleadings may be exchanged in four weeks.
