Although the respondent is not represented before us, taking overall view of the matter and in the interest of justice, we modify the order passed by the High Court dated 05.01.2021 in Criminal Petition No. 8203 of 2020 to Digitally signed by DEEPAK SINGH Date: 2021.03.19 18:40:36 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified

the effect that the petitioner shall pay the 20 per cent of amount ordered by the Sessions Court vide order dated 05.03.2020 within four weeks from today.

In terms of this order, the Review Petition filed by the petitioner before the High Court does not survive for consideration.

The petitioner will have to abide by this order without fail and no further time, on any count, will be extended.

In case, the respondent has any objection in respect of arrangement ordered in terms of this order, will be free to take out a formal application for recall of this order, which will be considered on its own merits.

The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
