As per tracking report Respondent No.2 has refused to accept the service of notice sent to him. This refusal on his part constitutes proper service, no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

As per tracking report notice issued to the respondent No.9 has been received back with postal remarks "Insufficient Address". Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.
