It is submitted that neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent Nos. 1, 5 & 6.

It is also submitted that unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of Respondent Nos.24 with remarks 'Incomplete Address'.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on all the respondents.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 02.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. To be heard alongwith SLP (C) No. 8471 of 2014.

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the ten respondents through registered A.D. Post on 24.07.2015. Neither A.D. card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back in respect of all the respondents.

Service of show cause notice is not complete.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
