It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate on 04.03.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 24.07.2013 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in LPA No. 1293 of 2013 in CWP No. 15656 of 2011.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 83 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 405 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 488 days in filing and refiling the SLP.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.8471 of 2015 @ CC No. 4107/2015 Entitled Municipal Corp. Faridabad & anr. Versus Gurmeet Singh & Ors. arising out of similar issue was directed by Hon'ble Court on 13.03.2015. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 13.03.2015 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No. 1974 of 2009 @ CC No. 2456 of 2008 Entitled Babu Ravinder & Ors. Versus State Of Haryana & Ors. referred to on page 'C' of list of date was directed by the Hon'ble Court on 19.01.2009. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 19.01.2009 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of orders dated 18.02.2008 and 04.02.2009. In this regard, Counsel has given a letter dated 11.05.2015 stating therein that the same are not required at this stage and has undertaken to produce before the Hon'ble Court if required, and Counsel has requested to ignore the defect and register the matter at his own risk.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
