List again on 17.04.2017."

It is submitted that there are total 10 respondents in this matter. Pursuant to above order the Counsel for the petitioner has not filed fresh particulars of the respondent no.9 and has also not taken fresh steps for service upon him.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent no.9.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
