OFFICE REPORT ON DEFAULT
The office report with regard to not filing of fresh and correct address of the sole respondent and not furnishing the Trial Court address was listed before Ld. Registrar's Court on 15th October, 2015, when the following order was passed:
"The office report indicates that although by order dated 5.8.2015 of this Court four weeks time as last chance was given to the Learned Counsel for the petitioners to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved Respondent, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."
It is submitted that unserved cover containing the notice was received back from the sole respondent with the postal remark "no such address" and the counsel for the petitioner has not filed the fresh and correct address of sole respondent and also not filed the address of Trial Court for issue of dasti notice to the unserved respondent through Trial Court despite Ld. Registrar's Court order dated 25th March, 2015 and 5th August, 2015.
The default on the part of counsel for the petitioner is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber with this office report.
