Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the Ld. counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the District Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner within the period provided above.

SLP(C) No. 33190, 33192, 33193, 33194/2014, 708/15 & 1481/2015

Ld. counsel for the petitioner in all the matters numbered above, shall within a week's time file the spare copies of the petition, whereafter the notice shall be issued to the unserved respondents with utmost dispatch.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld. counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 25.03.2015 of this Court.

SLP(C) 35119/2014

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved sole respondent shall be taken by the Ld. counsel for the petitioner within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the District Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld. counsel for the petitioner within the period provided above.

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued only on 9th October, 2015 to all the five unserved respondents by Regd. A.D. Post. Service of notice is awaited.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the particulars of District Court for issue of dasti notice through District Court to all the five unserved respondents so far.

SLP © Nos. 33190, 33192, 33193 AND 33194 OF 2014

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued only on 7th October, 2015 to the sole respondent by Regd. A.D. Post in these matters. Service of notice is awaited.

SLP(C) No. 33811 of 2014

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not furnished fresh address of the sole respondent for issue of show cause notice and also not furnished the particulars of the Trial Court for issue of dasti notice so far.

SLP(C) No. 35119 of 2014

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice and also not furnished particulars of the District Court for issue of dasti notice to the unserved sole respondent so far.

SLP(C) No. 708 and 1481 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed copy of SLP for issue of show casue notice to the sole respondent in these matters so far.

SLP(C) No. 1480 of 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9th January, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) No. 5276 of 2011."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 30th March, 2015 to the sole respondent by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

SLP(C) Nos, 1240 and 1243 of 2015

The matters abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7th January, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) 33576 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 24th January, 2015 to the sole respondent by Regd. A.D. Post in these matters. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent in these matters so far.

SLP(C) No. 704 of 2015

The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with other connected matters on 25th March, 2015 when the following order was passed:

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the sole respondent in all the matters numbered above."

It is submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

SLP(C) No. 3295 of 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19th January, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) 33186 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 10th February, 2015 to the sole respondent by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

SLP(C) No. 3845 of 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16th January, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) 33186 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 12th February, 2015 to the sole respondent by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice

has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

SLP(C) No. 5599 of 2015

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 2nd February, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP(C) 33576 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued on 2nd March, 2015 to the sole respondent by Regd. A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th April, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:
