The matter abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25th April, 2014 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP © No. 5271 of 2011."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to sole respondent in SLP © Nos. 12298, 12300 and 12303 of 2014 on 20th May, 2014 and in SLP © No. 12301 of 2014 on 5th June, 2014.

It is submitted that A.D. Card has been received bck from the sole respondent in SLP © Nos. 12298, 12301 and 12303 of 2014 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the said notice has been received back from the sole respondent in SLP © No. 12300 of 2014. Hence service is incomplete.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report. Dated this the 15th day of September, 2014.
