Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the twelve respondents by registered A.D. Post. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 3, 6, 9, 10 & 11 but no one has filed Vakaltanama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondents so far. Mr. P. Ramesh, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 7 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 8, & 12 so far.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 16th September, 2014, when the following order was passed:

"Three weeks' time as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file the spare copies of the special leave petition whereafter notice shall be issued to the respondents List again on 3.12.2014."

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the three respondents on 1st October, 2014 through registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from all the three respondents so far.

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 28th November, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP © No......CC No. 17741 of 2014."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent by registered A.D. Post on 6th January, 2015 in all the matters. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

The matter above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 25th March, 2015, when the following order was passed:

"S.L.P. © Nos. 33186, 33187, 33188 & 33189 of 2014 Await the return of the service of notice already issued ot the sole respondent in all the matters numbered above."

It is submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent in all the matters so far.

The office report with regard to non filing of copy of SLP for issue of fresh show cause notice was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 11th March, 2016, when the following order was passed:

"The office report indicates that although by order dated 28.1.2016 of this Court four weeks time as last chance was given to the Learned Counsel for the petitioner for filing the spare copy for issuance of notice to the sole respondent, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is submitted that thereafter the office report on default was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 29th April, 2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

3 "One week time is granted to the counsel for the petitioner to file copy of the Special Leave Petitions for effecting service of notice on the sole respondent, failing which this Special Leave Petitions shall stand dismissed without further reference to court."

Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 10th May, 2016 through registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

Accordingly, fresh show cause notice was issued to the sole respondent on 10th May, 2016 through registered A.D. Post. A.D. Card duly signed and stamped has been received back from the sole respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the said sole respondent so far. Service of notice is complete.

The office report was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 2nd May, 2016, when the following order was passed:

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the sole respondent in both the matters. List the matter again on 25.07.2016."
