The matters abovementioned were listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 06.10.2016, when the Court as pleased to pass the following order:

"SLP(C) No. 13710/2015

As per tracking report in respect of respondent No.9, the postal remarks shows that "door locked".

Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the said respondent within a period of four weeks and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. SLP(C) No. 13093/2015

Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the unserved respondents as mentioned in the office report dated 05.10.2016 and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period. SLP(C) No.15198/2015

As per tracking report in respect of sole respondent, the postal remarks shows that "missent". Hence, Ld. counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the sole respondent within a period of four weeks and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

SLP(C) No. 18172/2015

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondent No.2.

List the matters again on 18.11.2016.

SLP(C) No. 18173/2015

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to take fresh steps in the respect of the respondent Nos.1 & 5 despite opportunities given. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions. Await orders and list thereafter.

SLP(C) Nos.14460 & 15775 & 15200/2015

Being complete matters, list the same before the Hon'ble Court as per rules."

It is submitted that the service position of abovementioned matters are given as under:

S.L.P.(C) No. 13093 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondents so far.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 5, 9, 3738, 42, 49, 58, 7172, 88, 111112, 114115, 142, 144145, 149150, 152, 156, & 163.

S.L.P.(C) No. 13710 of 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has not filed fresh particulars of the respondent no.9 so far.

It is further submitted that as requested by the counsel for petitioner vide letter dated 08.10.2016 dasti show cause notice was given on 22.10.2016 in respect of respondent no. 9.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof alongwith affidavit of dasti service so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent No. 9.

S.L.P.(C) No. 15198 of 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has not filed fresh particulars of the sole respondent so far.

It is further submitted that as requested by the counsel for petitioner vide letter dated 08.10.2016 dasti show cause notice was given on 22.10.2016 in respect of sole respondent.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof alongwith affidavit of dasti service so far.

Service of notice is not complete on sole respondent.

S.L.P.(C) No. 18172 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent no. 2.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
