"SLP(C) Nos. 13093 and 18172/2015

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 6.10.2016 of this Court in respect of unserved respondents.

SLP(C) Nos. 13710 and 15198/2015

Four weeks time is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents.

List again on 4.01.2017."

It is submitted that the service position of abovementioned matters are given as under:

S.L.P.(C) No. 13093 of 2015

It is submitted that Mr. A.D.N. Rao, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 100 but no counter affidavit has been filed so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed spare copies but has not furnished the fresh particulars of unserved respondents hence, notice could not be issued.

Service of notice is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 5, 9, 3738, 42, 49, 58, 7172, 88, 111112, 114115, 142, 144145, 149150, 152, 156, & 163.

S.L.P.(C) No. 13710 of 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has on 18.11.2016 filed proof alongwith affidavit of dasti service in respect of respondent no.9 but no one has entered appearance so far.

S.L.P.(C) No. 15198 of 2015

It is submitted that pursuant to aforesaid order, counsel for the petitioner has on 18.11.2016 filed proof alongwith affidavit of dasti service in respect of sole respondent but no one has entered appearance so far.

Service of notice is complete on sole respondent.

S.L.P.(C) No. 18172 of 2015

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved respondent so far.

Service of notice is not complete on respondent no. 2.

The matters above mentioned are listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this office report.
