UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that by inadvertence the spelling of the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as 'Satveer' instead of 'Satyaveer'. The name of the father of the petitioner and address has correctly been mentioned.
This application has been filed to correct the spelling of the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent does not object to the said prayer.
Accordingly, the application is allowed. The spelling of the name of the petitioner be read as 'Satyaveer' instead of Satveer.
