Since learned counsel has appeared for the respondents, service of notice on the respondents is dispensed with. The matter may be treated as ready, as far as service is concerned. The respondents will be entitled to file their respective counter affidavits to the special leave petition within four weeks. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. In the meantime, the demand and recovery of transit fee on forest produce, shall remain stayed.
